Service Agreement

Please review the terms below before submitting your booking request.

Reservation & Deposit

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.
Photo Booth experiences require a $200 deposit, and Photography bookings require a $50 deposit.
Your event date is not reserved until the deposit payment has been successfully completed.

Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable.
If the event must be rescheduled, we will do our best to accommodate a new date based on availability.

Media Release

Photos and videos taken during the event may be used for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested by the client in writing.

Payment Terms

The remaining balance is due prior to the event date unless otherwise agreed upon.
Payments can be made through the secure checkout provided after booking submission.

Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide adequate space, power access, and a safe environment for equipment setup and operation.

Acknowledgment

By submitting the booking form and completing the required deposit, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the terms outlined in this service agreement.
